Current Goal: Muscle Development and Drop Body Fat
Weight Loss So Far: 10kg
1. What have been some of the major changes to your lifestyle?
I guess the biggest change was I quit smoking on November 24th 2014, almost a year now. When my taste buds returned after years of smoking, I found myself over eating and replaced my smoking addiction with a junk food addiction. In September I decided enough was enough and decided to committee to BodySwitch to lose the weight I piled on this year.
2. What encouraged you to start with BodySwitch Health and Fitness and how has your experience been so far?
Many of my work colleagues workout with Kody and I spoke to Shae and Amy who themselves have lost an incredible amount of weight. I mentioned I wanted to get fit and lose weight and they put me onto Kody. They both had a personal training session the next day and told me to come along to the session with them. I’ve been hooked ever since and haven’t looked back.
3. What Advice would you give someone looking at starting a similar journey to yours?
If you’re looking for results or have specific goals in mind then you will absolutely exceed your expectations if you join a BodySwitch program. There’s something for everyone and if I can do it anyone can.
4. What has been the biggest hurdle you have overcome so far?
My biggest hurdle has been my battle with takeaway food. I was addicted to all the wrong things. After I saw my initial success in such a short amount of time the take away food slowly crept back in, but now I am more focused on my nutrition and it has totally fast tracked my progress. I don’t eat as much junk food as before. My only problem now is CHOCOLATE LOL.
5. What has been your biggest achievement so far?
My biggest achievement so far is how much stronger, fitter and leaner I have become. I still have a long way to go but I’m determined and with Kody’s guidance I know he will get me there. He’s helped me produce awesome results which I’m so proud of, and I’ve exceeded my expectations immensely.
