?Protein Waffles ?
1 scoop protein powder (your flavour choice)
1/4 cup egg whites mixed with 2-3 tbsp water
Teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (if wanted)
Mix together & place in waffle maker!
Low calories toppings options:
– Queen maple syrup and blueberry syrup (found in Woolworths)
– Any type of fruit
These can be made ahead & reheated as they store quite well
