As a breast cancer thriver and after recovering from a serious ankle injury, Connie has drawn on her knowledge of movement and rehabilitation to return to doing what she loves—running marathons, hiking iconic trails, and empowering others through Pilates.

With a 43-year career in real estate, including 30 years as a trainer and advisor, Connie brings a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and heart to everything she does. In 2022, her outstanding contribution was honored with Life Membershipby the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.

Outside the studio, Connie is committed to giving back—raising funds for breast cancer charities through incredible adventures such as hiking the El Camino and Mont Blanc, and running the New York Marathon.
